After crawl execution, pages are retrieved on the screen transition diagram, but some pages you want to crawl may not be retrieved.

In the above case, please check the possible causes below.


■Cause 1.

The page that fails to crawl may be a site that cannot be crawled by AeyeScan or a page that is difficult to crawl.

Please check the following to see if the page can be scanned by AeyeScan.

If the crawl fails in auto-crawl, please check if crawling is possible using 'Re-crawl by clicking on the specified button/link' or 'Remote Browser'.

Crawling may fail if the value automatically entered by AeyeScan during crawling is an error in the input check, or if the page allows the same value to be registered only once.
