From the scan results, a memo function is available when viewing the details page of the detected vulnerabilities. Enter a comment and click the Edit button to register it. The memo will not be output to the scan result report (PDF), but will be output to the scan result list (csv).

It can be accessed in two ways
Scan details or scan list > hamburger menu > Scan Results (List View) > select vulnerability name > Press Memo Mark
Scan Details or Scan List > Hamburger Menu > Scan Results (Category View) > Results for each OWASP TOP 10/Results for each Vulnerability > Select Vulnerability Name > Press Memo Mark
A note mark is displayed on the page after the vulnerability name is selected.
Press the memo mark to display the input field.
