The number of concurrent executions depends on the number of concurrent option subscriptions for the license.

It can be added by purchasing the option.

The number of concurrent licenses you are currently using depends on the number of licenses you have subscribed to.

Account Management > Account Settings > Number of Concurrent Executions.
