"Optimization" during manual traversal is a function to reduce the number of pages and scan time by changing the page access order.

For example, if the page access order is "A→B→C," the scanner will access page "A→C" and if page C is accessible, the scanner will scan page "A→C.

The scanning time can be shortened by performing "optimization".

However, "Optimization" cannot be used if an error occurs when the page access order is changed.
